Campbell River has some truly great parks to enjoy. The stunning scenery and social nature of the Seawalk is contrasted by the deep forests at the Beaver Lodge Lands and Elk Falls. This section will outline where the parks are in Campbell River, maps and facilities as well as planning and policy decisions.

Myth:  I'm very busy. Physical activity takes too much time!

Fact: It only takes 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity five days per week to improve and maintain your health. The 30 minutes are not required to be consecutive.
