There are many facilities for residents to enjoy throughout the year.

The Sportsplex has a wide variety of indoor and outdoor opportunities (Willow Point Park) to be active. The newly built Skatepark is very popular and the ball fields, tennis courts, bocce grounds, disc golf course and outdoor volleyball courts are all free and great places to be active with friends and family. A weight room, gym, squash and racquetball courts and a large variety of programs are offered inside the facility

The Campbell River Community Center is located Downtown. With the large gym and excellent programming; there is something for everyone.

Strathcona Gardens is home to Campbell River’s indoor pool which welcomes tots, seniors, serious swimmers and kids; especially those who love the waterslide. The facility also has a collection of ice rinks and great programs that take advantage of the great facilities. Strathcona Gardens is home to some of the upcoming games of the World Under 17 Hockey Challenge.

Centennial Outdoor Pool is located in Centennial Park at 4th Avenue & Alder Street and is open during the months of June through August.  The facility features a heated outdoor pool and wading pool, family and handicapped change rooms.
