Within our community many agencies now provide a varying level of service via the web. Levels of service could be classified in the following manner:
- Basic (webpage with basic direct contact information, printable forms).
- Intermediate (online web search engine, webpage with online submission forms which acknowledge receipt of information).
- Advanced (Ability to apply fee for service, book services directly).
